FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All rentals include the following:
Seating for up to 60 guests
7 tables with your choice of white or black tablecloths
A gold easel for an event sign
Music accompaniment (piano) is available for an additional fee
Our rates are as follows:
Saturday and Sunday (8 hour rental*) – $500
Weekdays before 5 p.m. – $50/hour
Friday after 5 p.m. – $400
*This time limit includes any time you may need for setup/cleanup.

All rentals require a deposit of 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the event.
Events at 3rd does not provide food or catering services, so clients should make arrangements accordingly. All food procurement, handling and safety practices are the sole responsibility of the client and the selected vendor(s).
Alcoholic beverates are permitted on a BYOB basis with a signed waiver.
Yes! We encourage making the space your own with a few exceptions:
No glitter
Nothing may be hung on the walls

There is plenty of free parking available through street parking in addition to a lot across the street.
